Rates

RATES:

• Rates are per room per night, including breakfast, daily cleaning (except for Sundays/Bank holidays) and taxes.

• Minimum stay: 2 nights

PAYMENT:

• We accept Debit cards, VISA, Mastercard, CASH (in Euros) and bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:     

                            

• No charge 7 days prior to arrival.                               

• Less than 7 days - 25% of total reservation amount.             

• In case of no-show or cancellation on arrival day - 100% of reservation amount.

 

NOTES:

​

• Vila Foia only serves breakfast. 

• Vila Foia has a total of 11 rooms that can accommodate a total of 26 people.

• Our double rooms are for two people. They can accommodate a cot for a small child. 

• Family rooms are 2 separate bedrooms with shared bathroom, wardrobe and balcony.
